In Zambia, access to quality education remains a significant challenge, especially in rural and underserved communities. A large portion of the population struggles with low literacy levels due to insufficient educational resources, teacher shortages, and socio-economic barriers.
With the increasing importance of technology in daily life, many Zambians face the additional hurdle of limited access to basic computer skills. Digital literacy is fast becoming a necessity for participation in the modern economy, yet millions remain without the tools or training to adapt to this reality.
